- Safely operate shuttle buses and transport passengers, ensuring they reach their destination efficiently and seamlessly.
- Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise, including answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each customer interaction is positive.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
- Be present at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
- Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license to be carried at all times while on duty.
- Have and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. to the garage office.
- Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience.
- Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable (e.g., operating shuttle buses at an airport location).
- Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

- Education/Experience
Required:
Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - License Requirement: Per DOT Regulations, you must have and maintain a valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
- DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
- Availability to Work: Availability to work third shift and/or weekends may be required depending on hiring needs.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to customers and other employees. - Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic with American money and two‑digit numbers. - Appearance: Maintain a neat, clean appearance and be in uniform at all times.
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally required to sit, climb or balance; may lift and move up to 75 pounds.
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
