LVN - LTC Nurse QA & Care Coordination; CA)

Sweetwater Care in Tulare, CA is seeking an LVN Supervisor to provide nursing care within the scope of practice and ensure patient needs are met according to standards, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
