• Drive new business development and identify prospective client opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach and lead conversations with prospective clients.
• Partner internally to move opportunities through the business development process.
• Support continued growth within the education-sector client base.

• Previous business development, sales, or lead-generation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage outreach and follow-up independently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with in education, professional services, or a related client-focused industry is a plus.
