We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design and construction of advanced test facilities at Arnold Air Force Base. These projects are directly tied to U.S. national security initiatives and require candidates with strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical engineering teams on facility design and construction projects
• Develop and oversee medium-to-low voltage electrical systems for high-security installations
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and military specifications (NEC, IEEE, UFC, etc.)
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, contractors, and federal stakeholders
• Support the development of documentation, schedules, budgets, and quality control plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required;
  Master’s degree (MSEE) preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
• 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience, with significant work in medium-to-low voltage systems
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading engineering teams
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be clearable for classified work

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work on Department of Defense (DoD) or Air Force Base infrastructure
• Familiarity with secure facility design standards and mission-critical systems
• Experience preparing electrical bid and construction documents for federal projects
