Pay: $18 – $25 per hour (Base pay range)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This position involves working one‑on‑one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior‑reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• Background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
