Join us for a 13-week travel assignment in Tullahoma, Tennessee, where you’ll be part of the Labor and Delivery team during night shifts. This role offers a chance to support expectant mothers through their childbirth journey, circulate cesarean sections, and care for postpartum and well-baby newborns. Working during the night from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., you’ll experience a rewarding rhythm while contributing to a busy unit that includes holiday shifts and weekend work.
Prior travel experience and at least two years of specialized labor and delivery practice are required, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP. Scrubbing or assisting with cesarean sections is a plus but not mandatory. Expect a competitive weekly gross pay of approximately $2,138.56, with a schedule that includes four weekend shifts over each six-week cycle. This assignment focuses on providing expert care in labor, delivery, postpartum, and well-baby care. Expect to handle postpartum patients, circulate cesarean sections, and participate in couplet care. Familiarity with aiding cesarean procedures and working in a fast-paced obstetrics setting will make your experience even more rewarding. Flexibility with holiday work and weekend shifts is expected, with some shifts possibly on Labor Day.
