American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Room position requiring a TN or compact license and at least 2 years of recent ED experience.
Requirements- Active TN or compact RN license required on file at time of consideration
- Minimum of 2 years of ED experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Work in the Emergency Services unit of a 130-bed hospital with a 19-bed ICU
- Patient population varies across all age ranges
- 12-hour night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week
- Weekend requirement of at least 4 shifts per 6-week schedule, with every other weekend worked
- No floating or charge responsibilities required
- Provide emergency nursing care across a varied patient population of all ages
- Scrubs of any color permitted
- Required to work 2 of the 3 designated holidays, with time off requests limited to no more than one holiday
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
- Radius rule of 75 miles applies for travel rate eligibility
