Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. This role provides each guest with a positive experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and employees.

Essential Functions

Follow all Company Guest service guidelines and procedures; ensure all Guests receive “SUPERSTAR Service”.

Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively; clean and stock the station area(s); perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Ensure that all Guests receive hot, quality products; prepare, package, and deliver all products according to Menu Standards.

Handle all food products according to company procedures; follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.

Follow all cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Demonstrate effective oral communication skills; communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned based on business needs.

Position Qualifications/Core Competencies

Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
Minimum age of 16 years.
Reliable transportation to work.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment working with kitchen equipment in tight quarters.

Physical Demands

Stand for long periods.
Bend and stoop.
Work around heat.
Lift 50 – 75 lbs. comfortably.
Work with various cleaning products.
