SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) - Compass One Healthcare

Location: Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton - 1801 North Jackson Street, Tullahoma, Tennessee 37388 (online applications only)

Employment type: Full time

Schedule and Compensation: 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends, full time;
Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure your unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior management and serving experience preferred.
• Prior experience with modified diets preferred.
• Willingness to undergo training.
