Job Summary

Stan McNabb Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

$3000 Per Month Training pay for 60 days!!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers who visit the dealership showroom
• Explain product performance and benefit to the customer
• Strong rapport building skills
• Willingness and commitment to follow a sales process
• Driven to not only meet but exceed performance goals

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Great communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong and self-motivated personality is a must!
• Prior experience working with customers and exceptional customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Saturdays are a must!
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Pay: $24,000 to $125,000. Top performers earn more!
