The Senior Accountant position prepares financial statements and supporting schedules, performs reconciliations, adjusts general ledger accounts as needed and reports financial results to appointed and elected officials.
Responsibilities- Work independently and with team members to produce accurate financial information and analysis
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Reconcile various bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Research and analyze revenue and expense variances for management
- Certified Public Accountant (
CPA ) certification required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related finance field
- 2 years of progressively responsible accounting experience

Salary range: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.
