Position: Accounting Manager

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with an established organization that is searching for an Accounting Manager to join their team. This person will oversee 4-5 direct reports and have an amazing leader that you report to. Don't miss out!

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth.
• Oversee the general ledger and ensure timely, accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation, including approval of complex or non-routine items.
• Ensure all financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations to support business needs and strengthen collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and more efficient workflows.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external auditors and coordinate audit requests.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting topics such as revenue recognition, leases, and fixed assets.
• Support management reporting, financial analysis, and variance explanations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years leading or supervising an accounting team.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with sound business judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems; experience with Google Sheets/Docs is a plus.
• Experience in a multi-entity or global environment preferred; rental car industry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to champion change and drive process improvements.

Pay range for the Accounting Manager is based on experience.
