Accounts Payable​/Receivable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and has strong communication skills.

• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Disburse checks
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments andandverify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Preferred AR / AP experience in automotive dealership
• Background check and drug testing required
