Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Language Requirement: Spanish/English bilingual REQUIRED

Compensation: $70-85k/ year
Responsibilities- Record and analyze all accounting transactions in Quick Books.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage monthly close processes, including bank reconciliations and journal entry reviews.
- Oversee all federal and state tax filings, payments, and year-round tax planning.
- Implement, monitor, and improve internal controls to ensure data integrity.
- Supervise, train, and develop accounting team members (AP Clerks, Assistant Accounting Manager).
- Code invoices, manage account setups, and finalize monthly ledgers.
- Analyze sales, COGS, taxes, and inventory-related entries.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports.
- Enhance financial controls and support asset and account management.
- Deliver timely, accurate financial insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
CPA preferred
. - 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
- Spanish/English bilingual REQUIRED
—must be able to communicate professionally in both languages. - Prior experience leading and developing accounting teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Progressive accounting/finance experience (5–7 years).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required for professional communication.
