Staff Accountant

Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a rapidly expanding manufacturing company that is searching for a strong Staff Accountant to join their team. This person will support general accounting operations by maintaining financial processes, preparing routine reporting, and assisting with compliance and close activities.

• Support day‑to‑day accounting activities, including transaction processing and documentation
• Assist with invoicing, payments, and cash‑related processes
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Participate in period‑end close activities and related reconciliations
• Provide support for audits and internal reviews as needed
• Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Contribute to documentation of processes and identification of improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting requests and initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a general accounting or transactional accounting role
• Familiarity with basic accounting functions and financial reporting
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Exposure to month‑end close and account reconciliation activities
• Experience supporting audit processes or compliance efforts
• Comfort working with data, reports, and financial analysis

Pay for the Staff Accountant is up to $70k/year based on experience.
