Audit and Assurance Intern

This is an internship at CCK Strategies, involving travel to client locations both locally and occasionally out of state.   Assist in providing quality assurance services and solutions to entrepreneurial clients across various industries.

• Prepare:
  Assist Staff and Seniors with the creation of engagement work papers.
• Document:
  Complete detailed workpaper documentation in alignment with firm and industry standards.
• Identify:
  Spot and communicate areas of risk within the engagement team, applying basic accounting principles.
• Resolve:
  Address review notes completely and in a timely manner.
• Interact:
  Work directly with clients as needed.

• Background:
  Entry-level position for individuals in process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  No prior professional experience required; ability to master basic accounting concepts is key.

  Strong communication (verbal and written), effective time management in a dynamic environment, critical thinking to independently resolve challenges, and adaptability to a wide variety of projects.
