The Business Office Manager oversees the facility's business office functions and supports accurate financial, billing, payroll, employee, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate business office operations.
- Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and financial records.
- Maintain accurate resident and insurance information.
- Assist with payroll and employee-related administrative functions.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Previous healthcare business-office experience required.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing and long-term care preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
