Position: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $45, per year

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with at least two years of experience to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to ensure efficient business processes and excellent internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure records are organized and up to date
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Support onboarding tasks for new employees, such as paperwork and scheduling
  • Assist tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or payroll coordination (as applicable)
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and help improve administrative processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience supporting multiple team members or departments
  • Familiarity with office management software, CRM systems, or accounting tools
