Pro Recruiters is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Accurately review and enter data, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Manage document review and maintain organized contract files for easy reference.
- Analyze agent commission statements for accuracy and discrepancies.
- Liaise professionally with insurance agencies and agents regarding contracting and commissions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Track marketing campaign deliverables and deadlines.
- Conduct basic industry research and gather competitive intelligence to aid marketing efforts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with claims systems and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
