Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK
Duration: 6+ Months contract
What's the Job?
- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the Tulsa site, including preparing presentation slides for meetings, drafting communications, handling email and multi-line phone calls
- Serve as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors, completing registrations and ensuring compliance
- Assist with employee inquiries related to HR functions such as payroll, LOA requests, and employee information updates
- Create and post announcements and employee information on plant monitors
- Support HR functions for event coordination, onboarding, interview assistance, and personnel inquiries
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Initiative to work independently, handle confidential information, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage changing priorities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including planning, proofreading, and phone etiquette
