We are now looking for a talented Assistant Community Relations Officer to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Manager, Community Relations, you will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks related to community relations, gift redemption platform, community engagement activities, and record-keeping.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle administrative tasks related to community relations, including maintaining databases, preparing reports and correspondence, and managing documentation.
- Manage the gift redemption platform, ensuring smooth operation, timely uploading new items, delivery of gifts, and effective communication with ambassadors.
- Assist in organizing and participating in community engagement or volunteer activities as needed, including occasional weekend duties
- Handle financial record-keeping and payment logistics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
At least 1 year of experience in community relations, marketing, public relations, or a similar role;
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Community Relations Officer
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, WORD, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Proven track record as a good player, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments.
- Cheerful and outgoing personality with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
