Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the organization, maintenance, and digitization of physical and electronic records. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage physical and electronic records.

+ Process records requests, retrievals, transfers, and document disposition.

+ Scan, index, and digitize documents.

+ Perform quality checks on records and scanned files.

+ Maintain records databases and tracking systems.

+ Support records retention, classification, and inventory projects.

+ Coordinate with internal teams on records-related activities.

+ Organize, retrieve, and store records and files.

+ Handle confidential information securely.

Qualifications

+ Experience in records management, document control, or administrative support preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+

Experience with databases, document management systems, or scanning software preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

+ Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and file throughout the workday.
