Requirements:
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Accurately document all work performed and recommended services on repair orders.
- Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues, services, and repairs
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
- Ability to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner
- A strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
