We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to supporting efficient supply chain operations, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making, cost optimization, and process improvement. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of materials and services for oil and gas projects, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop performance dashboards and KPIs to measure supplier performance, inventory efficiency, and logistics costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support demand forecasting and material planning processes.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, and contract compliance.
- Assist in sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability.
- Analyze transportation and distribution efficiency, including freight spend and delivery timelines.
- Support optimization projects to reduce lead times and improve on‑time delivery.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations (oil and gas industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (Oracle JDE).
- Knowledge of oilfield services supply chain operations, including manufacturing, is an asset.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with international logistics and import/export compliance.
- Familiarity with category management and supplier negotiation strategies.
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
