Coordinate the effective implementation of price changes for existing accounts along with generating new price quotes to support growth. Pricing coordinators work closely with pricing analysts, sales, customer service and marketing team to develop strong business decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Create pricing models and maintains price lists for assigned markets, customers, and products
• Setup, run, and review price adjustment formula's independently; execute general price increases and product pricing updates; provide recommendations to analyst
• Review terms, rebates, contracts, and market evaluation criteria for pricing alignment and customer specific needs
• Update all electronic systems such as SAP, CPQ, CRM & Share Point
• Execute price order entries activities for internal audit purposes
• Conduct analysis of various reports monthly and provide regular feedback to key stakeholders
• Support and participates in continuous improvement Initiatives for pricing
• Investigate price discrepancies; determines potential cause and resolution
• Provide service excellence to internal and external customers

• Initiative - identifies what needs to be done and doing it before being asked to or required by the situation
• Attention to Communication - ensuring that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed; both oral and written communication is clear and concise
• Results Orientation - continuously delivers and executes on tasks in order to ensure compliance within established guidelines

• Bachelor's Degree and business internship preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Curious and excited to understand our products and make improvements
