Overview

System One is seeking a Scheduler for a 2 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

+ Create and maintain project schedules within the Concerto scheduling system

+ Support scheduling activities for Aftermarket and New Equipment orders

+ Coordinate with project managers, planners, and execution teams regarding schedule updates and priorities

+ Monitor schedule progress and identify potential conflicts or capacity constraints

+ Assist with resource planning and workload balancing activities

+ Maintain scheduling data accuracy and support reporting requirements

+ Provide day-to-day scheduling coverage for the Project Controls team

Requirements

+ Experience in project scheduling, production scheduling, or project controls

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Experience working with ERP, scheduling, or project management systems

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

+ Prior experience with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial project environments preferred
