Part-Time OSHC Coordinator – St Bernadines OSHC
Location: Regent Park
Position: Permanent Part time
Hours: 27 per week (before and after school care)
Work Style: Job share with another experienced Coordinator (3 days per week)

About Us:

At St Bernadines OSHC
, we provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for school-aged children. Our service features a newly renovated building and a dedicated outdoor Loose Parts Playground, where children explore, build, and create every day.

• Lead and manage the OSHC program in collaboration with a job-share Coordinator
• Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality, engaging, and inclusive programs
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children
• Support and supervise staff, fostering a positive team culture
• Maintain strong connections with families and the school community
• Comply with National Quality Framework, ACECQA, and all relevant legislation

• Diploma in Children's Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent)
• Current Queensland Blue Card, First Aid & CPR
• Experience in school-aged care and play-based learning programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passion for nurturing children’s creativity, confidence, and growth

• Leadership Days – All Service Leaders come together offsite for networking and professional development!

• POD’s – Be part of a POD where you can access your Peers for support and guidance.
• CEEC Councils (Quality, Safety and Leadership) – Service Leaders form our councils, and consult and endorse changes before they’re launched. Being part of a council means you help shape and build our future evolution of CEEC.
• Mid-year and End of Year celebrations – Celebrate with us the important and amazing work that you, our service leaders are doing!
