Who They Are
We're working with a family-owned drywall contractor in Tulsa that's in growth mode and looking for someone who wants to make an impact. This role offers real project ownership, direct influence on the company’s future, and none of the corporate red tape. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability plus career growth.
Responsibilities- 50/50 split between estimating and project management
- Responsible for bidding, estimating, and running jobs from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and field crews on assigned projects
- Project size typically $500K– $1M, targeting $4M–$6M annually in volume
- No government work; primarily private projects in the Tulsa area
- Experience in metal stud and drywall estimating/project management
- Open to candidates from subcontractor or GC background (PM-heavy candidates will be considered)
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to own projects end-to-end
- Ability to build trusted subcontractor relationships (without conflicts of interest)
