• Conduct energy testing on new homes (blower door tests, duct leakage tests, etc.) to measure energy efficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Perform site inspections to ensure construction meets building codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Work closely with builders, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate findings and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities.
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to energy efficiency and sustainability.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Construction‑related experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation required to accommodate testing equipment and ladder; may involve driving 80–120 miles per day. Must hold a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and state‑minimum auto insurance. The company provides an auto allowance and fuel card.
• Ability to conduct multiple inspections each day.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean motor vehicle report.
