Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Tulsa, OK (5+ year Local Project - Relocation Available if needed)

A large and reputable General Contractor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead its team on a large-scale data center project in Tulsa, OK. The project is expected to run 5+ years, ideal for local candidates or someone looking to settle roots and stop travelling. This is a chance to own a long-term, high-visibility mission critical project. The team is already on the ground - we just need the leader!

• Serve as the Senior PM on-site for the GC mentoring and leading a project team made up of PM's, APM's, Superintendents, and MEP Engineers
• Own the project schedule, stake-holder meetings, and financials, including budgets, cost control, forecasting, pay apps, and change orders
• Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, the partner GC, design teams, and subcontractors
• Drive quality, safety, and schedule on a highly technical project

• Data center / Mission Critical construction experience (required)
• 3+ years of experience leading a project team and field operations
• Strong CPM scheduling skills and project financial management
• Solid field knowledge of means, methods, and MEP coordination
• Ability to step in and run the project from day one
