You will evaluate scope, constructability, risk, and cost, read plans and specs, perform takeoffs, and prepare detailed budgets. Ideal candidates have a civil engineering related degree and experience with self-performed work, HCSS, Primavera, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff.
