About the Role :

As our business continues to grow at lightning speed, we' re excited to offer 10 Account Manager positions to English speakers from all corners of the globe who are passionate about serving American authors. Join our team and help us on our journey to revolutionize the publishing landscape.

We' re currently seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and serve as the first line of contact for our American authors. As an Account Manager, you will offer customer success and project management services. You will coordinate efforts between authors, editors, designers, and other team members to ensure the successful publication of books.

What You Will Do :
  • Offer excellent customer success services to our American authors.
  • Coordinate activities between authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of book publications.
  • Follow established book publishing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality products to authors.
