Job Summary
  • Perform general clerical duties for the department
  • Make initial contact with donors
  • Report results to employers
Duties
  • Obtain the required paperwork and prepare forms required to review non‑negative drug screen results
  • Process paperwork using the NDI document management system
  • Call donors and perform a template interview for non‑DOT donors who are positive for evidence of marijuana and cocaine
  • Report drug‑screen results to employers following client‑specific reporting requirements
Language Requirement

Must be fully bilingual in English & Spanish.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Prefer 6 months experience in an office environment
  • Ability to contact donors via phone
  • Ability to use computer and fax or other office equipment
  • Ability to perform document management functions for paperwork processing
  • Ability to use NDI specific trips and MORS programs for processing drug‑screen results/reports
  • Entry‑level position with no or very little prior experience; daily supervision required
