Position: Customer Service Representative -Full Time

Desired Skills and Experience

Prior customer service experience and phone experience preferred, but a great attitude is the only non‑negotiable requirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Fill the call board by booking inbound calls and outbound calls.
  • Participate in training and regular coaching sessions so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Maintain communication with our team of technicians, dispatch, and your manager.
  • Accurately answer and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
  • Assist with team projects and outgoing customer satisfaction calls.
