Prior customer service experience and phone experience preferred, but a great attitude is the only non‑negotiable requirement.

Key Responsibilities- Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Fill the call board by booking inbound calls and outbound calls.
- Participate in training and regular coaching sessions so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with our team of technicians, dispatch, and your manager.
- Accurately answer and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
- Assist with team projects and outgoing customer satisfaction calls.
