Job Summary

This position represents TW by providing exemplary customer service for members, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner as a first point of contact. The Gate Attendant is primarily responsible for managing TW’s security access gate. Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TW’s person-centered philosophy.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Driver’s License
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar or customer service position, prior security experience preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills
• Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through
  
  Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management of TW’s security gate through which anyone requesting entrance to property must pass
• Provide a friendly greeting to individuals arriving at the gate for check-in
• Validate and authorize access to visitors and record information as required
• Monitor video surveillance as needed
• Enforce facility rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner
• Report suspicious activity, safety hazards or security incidents immediately to the appropriate personnel
• Provide directions, assistance, and information to guests and residents
• Assist emergency responders to proper destination
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the gatehouse and surrounding area
• Answer phone calls made to the gate
• Other duties and assignments as required

Schedule Options

• Full Time:
  Tuesday through Saturday / 3pm to 11pm
• Part Time:
  Friday & Saturday 7am to 3pm and Sunday & Monday 3p to 11p
