Bilingual Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and visit them daily
• Provide exceptional customer service via in-person and phone interactions
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales with new and existing customers
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Manage cashier drawer operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

Note:

This job description is not exhaustive. Employees may perform other duties as needed to meet organizational requirements.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, every other Saturday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Physical requirements:

Ability to carry, walk quickly, and stand for extended periods.
