In this position, you will perform assigned tasks related to providing services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and other general aviation aircraft.

Front Desk Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with professional service and assistance
  • Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
  • Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
  • Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
  • Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
  • You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
Front Desk Customer Service Representative Qualifications
  • Customer service/hospitality experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 18 years of ageA valid state driver's license
  • Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
