* REPORTS TO:

Supervisor, Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing
** This role is essential in supporting the Customer Order Enablement and Portal Billing team with the focus of supporting timely and accurate Customer order processing and Portal billing activities to drive improved Customer Experience while mitigating invoicing risks.  The Associate will also participate in special projects, support team development, and serve as a point of contact to troubleshoot and quickly resolve Customer issues.

This position requires a strong customer service focus, the ability to promptly resolve business issues, and strong aptitude to evaluate data effectively.  This position is critical to maintaining and expanding relationships with Ingredion’s Customers and Business Partners. Role will report to the Supervisor, Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing.

* What you will do:

**** Support Tulsa SSC Customer Order Enablement and Portal Billing Team:
** Support the end-to-end delivery of Order to Invoice Operations and Portal billing services supporting the US and Canada region to ensure efficient operations and timely and accurate order processing and billing.
* Support Order to Invoice Operations and Portal Billing team in day-to-day operations
* Support Order management and billing automation activities
* Maintain up to date files according to the standard operating procedure.
* Track all customer complaints according to procedures
* Seek to purposefully identify issues, consider alternative solutions and take corrective action to resolve problems. Escalate customer inquiries and issues as needed with a sense of urgency.
* Support and help enhance Team, especially in the areas of technology capabilities and skills
* Maintain high level of Customer Service by participating in after hours program for the department
* Execute all aspects of assigned activities and deadlines
** Enable Order to Invoice Operations and Portal Billing Strategy:
** Collaborate with the Supervisor, Customer Order Enablement and Portals Billing and Manager to enhance Order to Invoice Operations and Portal billing strategies aligned with the business needs, Customer experience, and the work and workforce at Ingredion.
* Identify issues and process improvements for Steering committee review
* Continually implement enhancements to further improve and streamline processes, including proper testing and communication to Leadership
* Suggest adjustments to improve data quality and processing efficiency, including enhancements to the import and export of data between various applications
** Monitor SLAs and Reporting:
** Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, produce and review reports on Order processing and Portals billing, and identify and track any system or process performance issues. Escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution.
* Ensure that all risk mitigating controls are completed and addressed weekly
* Conduct all daily, weekly, and monthly activities to drive compliance to policies
* Support audits and work with Team on remediations as required
* Assist with month-end and year-end close activities as needed
** Project Management:
** Ability to participate in special projects, as needed.
