Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 20–32 hours/week Tentative Shift: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, with possible variations such as 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00 PM end time

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a smooth delivery experience. This role combines customer service, delivery coordination, problem-solving, and route monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
• Monitor delivery routes and progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate information

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment #INDWEST
