JD Young's Tulsa call center is seeking a Customer Service Representative (1026) to handle inbound service requests, order placements, and account inquiries. You will manage customer requests across phone, email, and voicemail to deliver accurate, dependable service.
Primary duties include processing requests with high accuracy, outbound follow-up, and interface with customer websites for call status. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
