Customer Service Rep

Will provide customer service support to customers and sales representatives by assisting with furniture and rug quotes, orders, product information and order status inquiries through phone, email, and web communications.

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of furniture, rugs and related products to support customers, sales reps, and internal teams
• Accurately process and enter customer orders into order management system
• Prepare and enter customer quotes using web-based and Excel quoting tools
• Respond to incoming calls and emails
• Coordinate with workroom and production teams to ensure quality standards and delivery commitments are met
• Monitor and manage furniture and rug orders from placement through final shipment, providing updates as needed
• Maintain accurate records in the AS00 Workflow system, including deposits, freight charges, final balances, COM shipments and other order details
• Enter, track and update customer claims in company systems and spreadsheets
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, construction, or related products preferred
• Typing proficiency 45wpm minimum
