Customer Support - Onsite in Tulsa, OK

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide customer and sales support related to product selection, quotations, availability, and order processing. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning technical products and applications.

• Assist customers and sales teams with product selection, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Provide basic technical product support and recommend standard solutions based on customer needs.
• Review customer requirements and specifications to help determine appropriate products.
• Prepare quotes, documentation, and standard product configurations.
• Process RFQs and orders using CRM and ERP systems and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Engineering teams as needed.
• Provide professional, responsive support to internal and external customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
• Understanding of logistics, inventory, and pricing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn technical products and concepts and explain them to customers.
