Customer Service Representative

Wirth Law Office is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Tulsa whose real job is inside sales.

When someone fills out a form on our website or calls after seeing one of our ads, they are usually in the middle of something hard. A divorce. A custody fight. A criminal charge. Most of them are talking to two or three firms. You are the first real person they reach r job is to call them back fast, listen, explain how we can help, and get them the information they need to make the best decision.

Then you follow up until they make that decision.

That is sales, and we are saying it plainly because the right person for this job likes that part. You will have weekly goals, you will see your numbers, and you will be eligible for a monthly performance bonus.

It is not pushy sales. People hire a lawyer when they trust the person on the phone. If you can stay calm, warm, and direct with someone who is scared or angry, and still ask for the appointment, you will do well here.

You will not give legal advice. Our attorneys do that. You will know our services, our process, and our fees well enough to answer the questions people actually ask, and you will hand every new client to the case team ready to go.
