On behalf of our client, R.S.M.C. Services is seeking a passionate General/Pediatric Dentist to join our team in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma! As a member of our team, you will have access to mentorship and clinical education from experienced clinical leaders.

• General Dentists with Peds experience $850/day or up to 30% of production whichever one is higher
• Pediatric Dentists $1200/day or 34% of production whichever one is higher

• Help kids and parents develop excellent habits in oral health
• Lead an engaged team of dental professionals
• Provide diagnoses and comprehensive professional dental treatment plans
• Arrange referrals to dental specialists when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment
• Strictly comply with state, federal, and other regulations

• License issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
• Board eligibility or certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred)
• Passion for improving kids  oral health

• Tulsa, OK

• Approximately 12 operative patients, including SSCs, NuSmile anterior crowns, and composite restorations, space maintainers, extractions, protective stabilization, Nitrous Oxide administration, emergency visits, and sedation dentistry (primarily NO, OCS, behavior management, with potential for limited GA days)
• Approximately 25 hygiene exams
• Foster an environment of learning for doctors, patients, and dental professionals

• Mentorship and clinical education from experienced clinical leaders
• Up to $1,500 per year in CE reimbursement
