Join to apply for the Trainer role at Epic
. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and may require relocation. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, in addition to our own staff.
- Be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
- Involve in the training process from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios that are delivered.
- Work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to make our software more intuitive.
- Bachelor s degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
