Brief Description:

We are partnering with a dynamic design firm that is looking to expand its architectural team. Operating with a flat organizational structure, they excel in various markets across the globe, including education, government/public, healthcare, office, non-profit, and recreation.

We're seeking experienced Architects who are passionate about their work. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in architecture & project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in leading projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in architectural design software. (Preferably Revit or AutoCAD)
  • Licensed Architect preferred.
  • LEED accreditation is a plus.
