Job SummaryA BIM Technician will assist on all aspects of architectural documentation working within a multi‑discipline project team of architects and engineers. Duties include drafting, 3D computer modeling, maintaining project files, and documentation of existing conditions via local and national travel.
Essential Functions & SkillsBIM Technicians will assist designers and project leads with production of computer models, drafting, and application of process knowledge training as part of an established facility building program. A successful candidate must have strong knowledge of major 3D modeling software, especially Autodesk Revit, and may be open to other drafting platforms. Desired attributes include a desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment, excellent communication skills, collaboration within teams, and coordination across engineering disciplines.
