The Spine & Pain Center is looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team. This is a practice built around meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a team culture that values providers as much as patients.

This role is an excellent fit for a physician passionate about primary care who may also have an interest or background in pain medicine, urgent care, neurology, or orthopedics. No hospital rounding. No call. Just focused, high-quality outpatient medicine.## Locations Home base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics in Muskogee and Bartlesville.## Schedule Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PMFriday7:30 AM – 12:00 PMNo nights.

No weekends. No hospital rounding. Half-day Fridays.## Key responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
* Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and sound medical decision-making
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
* Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
* Educate patients on preventive care, medications, and chronic disease management
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR
* Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and outside providers as needed
* Travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville clinics as scheduled (mileage reimbursement provided)
* Contribute to a respectful, patient-centered clinic culture## Qualifications## Required qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Active or eligible Oklahoma state medical license
* DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
* Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and bedside manner
* Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
* Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations## Preferred experience
