Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality primary care to senior patients.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, preventative care, and management of chronic conditions.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
Requirements- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
