Outpatient Psychiatrist

Life Stance Health is actively seeking talented Child or Adult Outpatient Psychiatrists to join our clinical team at the S Mingo Rd location in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in Spravato treatments, be passionate about patient care, and be committed to clinical excellence. Join our rapidly growing behavioral health practice group offering a hybrid model with telemedicine and in-person flexibility.

Practice Info

• 100% outpatient work in a Group Practice Setting
• Hybrid Model with telemedicine and in-person flexibility
• Newly designed and modern offices
• Full administrative support

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management as well as therapy
• Engage in Spravato treatments (for candidates with experience or interest)
• Collaborate with mid-levels (optional)

Compensation

• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual Incentive Bonus up to $10,000
• Sign on Bonus -$20,000
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• Compensation range $280,000 to $400,000 - compensation model based on productivity
• OPEN TO NP SUPERVISION
  -equals added revenue along with TMS

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Oklahoma
• BE/BC
• Unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Experience or interest in Spravato treatments
